DivineDripClothes National Shipping Policy

Welcome to DivineDripClothes. Our commitment is to get your clothes to you swiftly and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process. After an order has been placed you automatically agree to our shipping policy.

Pre-Order Products: For items on pre-orders, please expect a shipping timeframe of 10-40 business days following the closure of the pre-order period. This time is due to production process, we appreciate the patience. If customers chargeback during the preorder period, with out the maximum days being reached. The chargeback should be automatically overturned.

Processing Time

All pre made orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

DivineDripClothes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

DivineDripClothes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
